We want to hire a Business Analyst for our IT Development – Services team.
Our IT organization consists of approx. 200 people and you will be part of the IT Development – Services team. This team is responsible for payment solutions, partner integrations and much more.
We are a diverse and dynamic group consisting of product owners, developers, business analysts, and testers. We work as an agile team in close cooperation with our colleagues in our Swedish and Danish organizations.
What you will do
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with our colleagues from the Danish and Swedish product management as well as other colleagues in IT development. You are part of an agile team that together analyzes, develops and tests the functionality that is requested. You will work as a solution architect and integrate with other departments and colleagues to understand their needs and challenges and translate these into technical solutions. You work continuously to help improve communication between developers, testers and stakeholders. Sometimes you will travel to Denmark to get closer to our Danish organization.
You are responsible for the technical delivery through requirement analysis, project management and test of functionality. This requires you to coordinate between teams for your requirements.
Who are you
You are committed, energetic & outgoing as well as being solution-oriented and proactive. You are a great communicator and communicate fluently in Swedish and English, Danish is a bonus.
You have a good technical understanding (specifically of API development) and can apply this understanding to grasp new domains. Maybe you have previously worked with payment solutions and/or API development.
You are open-minded and thrive working in a team with others!
You have an academic degree in systems science or technology and at least three years of experience working in a communicative and flexible environment.
Maybe you have worked as a developer or tester and now are looking to take a broader responsibility of technical solutions.
