IT Operations different teams are responsible to secure that our IT systems work optimally – both regarding applications, hardware, operating systems and databases. We work for long-term stability that enhances the customer's experience.
In the role as Application specialist you will be part of CRM team with 11 colleagues responsible of IT applications to handle sales, customer service and finance. The team ensures that the IT systems meet the requirements for stability, security, performance and functionality in the production environment. You will support PeopleSoft application but also be responsible for other CRM applications. Day to day work is to resolve errors and troubleshoot production problems. But the role also includes to monitor the systems, handle alarms and improve performance. You will be on-call, one week's on-call every 3rd / 4th week.
