About the position
The position as an experienced Radio Systems Specialist is within the Networks department that is a part of the Technology organization. You will be part of a smaller team that together drives the development of features/functionality and strategy within Tre’s 3G/4G/5G and IOT radio network in both Sweden and Denmark.
Radio Systems team have a broad responsibility that consist of two main areas: device testing and radio network functionality. The position is within the radio network functionality part where tasks including feature introduction, KPI definitions, parameter baseline definitions/maintenance and network strategy are the main areas. The team supports in customer complaint troubleshooting with expertise within the radio network. The position includes close cooperation with our RAN vendors and other departments within Tre’s organization such as CS/PS core, RAN operations and Radio planning teams.
As a part of the team you will be take part of evolving Tre’s radio network with introduction of the latest technology on the market and maximizing the efficiency in the radio network. The position will likely require travel to Denmark monthly with 2-3 days.
The role is placed either in Stockholm, Göteborg och Malmö.
Who are you?
To be successful and enjoy the position as Radio System Specialist you should be a team player and have a drive to run projects on your own with support from the team. You need to have several years of experience and very good knowledge on network level 3G/4G/5G and preferably on L1/L3, and with previous background from the telecom or similar industry. Programming experience in Python or similar scripting language with SQL is needed. The position will require a great deal of interaction with the Swedish and Danish organization, hence good communication skills are required with fluently speaking and writing in English and preferably Swedish. Driver license type B is required to perform field verifications.
