Are you prepared for a next level challenge? At Tre Scandinavia, we are looking for a Project Manager and Solution Architect to join our Scandinavian CTO-office team.
It’s tricky to describe the culture of Tre for someone who hasn’t experienced it yet. It’s fast, messy, beautiful, fun and passionate. Tre is a company with about 1,600 employees and we all have the same goal – together we will challenge the telecom industry.
We are now looking to hire a Project Manager with architectural skills to our CTO office.
The CTO office is part of our Scandinavian technology organization which is built up of our IT development (appr. 200 people), IT operations (appr. 50 people), Networks (appr. 100 people) and the CTO office (7 people). The technology organization is a customer focused delivery and coordination organization serving both the Swedish and Danish CEO organizations. We work with activities spanning across several domains such as Business and Technology, IT and Networks, Development and Operations, Strategy and Execution.
As part of the CTO-office you will manage complex projects and this position will give you a good understanding of the general architecture and processes that build the technology department and Tre as a company. Working as a project manager you will have an important role in driving many business-critical activities forward, in close cooperation with other departments at Tre. Our IT department is a highly skilled and flexible organization based on agile methodology. Our networks department is a highly skilled and cost-efficient DevOps-organization.

Your assignment
Development of new services does not only require a good understanding of IT and network systems. Building and developing your own personal network within our company is also essential to understand all requirements and perspectives of these. The services that you will be part of developing shall deliver the best customer experience possible and at the same time fit into our internal sales, finance, customer service and operations processes. This is accomplished by working closely together with our engaged and skilled colleagues in all of Tre.
At CTO-office, we often take the role as internal consultants. We have a good general knowledge about Tre´s business model, process for decisions and how navigate on all levels to get the job done.
Your profile
Experience from cloud transformation and digital transformation journeys in telecom organizations is a merit.
You have experience from leading and managing projects. You are used to working hands on and you are prepared to dig into systems and processes. If necessary and if the solution span multiple domains such as IT and Network, you may have to assume the architectural responsibility for the solution. At CTO office we also in general feel comfortable writing a few Python scripts and using SQL if necessary, to get the job done.
The position requires that you are fluent in English. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Stockholm.
